Mount Shilajit

After stumbling across (most likely meme based) information suggesting that Bruce Lee took this magical black goo called shilajit to enhance his cognitive and physical strength, I dived down a rabbit hole and never looked back. I spent almost a year sampling and studying, testing and researching different forms of shilajit from all over the world, making connections and finding more and more clinical trials showing the many health benefits of shilajit and fulvic acid, whilst obtaining qualifications in Herbalism and Ayurvedic Herbalism. As my physical and mental performance began to improve, with mountain blood coursing through my veins, I started to bring my mission to life and Altai Mountain Shilajit was born.
