At Mount Grain, we strive to provide you with the highest-quality products and ensure your satisfaction. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it under the following conditions:

1. Returns Policy

1.1 30-Day Return Window

  • You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

  • Items must be returned in their original, unused, and unopened condition with all packaging intact.

  • Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns.

1.2 Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on the following:

  • Opened or used products.

  • Products that are damaged due to misuse or mishandling.

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase.

 


 

2. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, follow these steps:

    • Use our Contact Us Form.
      Include your order number and reason for the return in your message.

  2. Approval: Once your request is approved, we’ll provide instructions for shipping the item back.

  3. Ship the Item: Send the product to the return address provided. Please ensure the package is securely packed to avoid damage during transit.

 


 

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (e.g., Klarna, credit card, PayPal) once we receive and inspect the returned product.

  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing.

  • If you used Klarna for your purchase, the refund will be applied to your Klarna account, and any instalment payments made will be adjusted accordingly.

 


 

4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different product, please request a return for your original purchase and place a new order.

 


 

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at contact@mountgrain.com or via our Contact Us Form. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

 


 

6. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot guarantee receipt of returns without tracking.

 


 

7. Klarna and TikTok Shop Compliance

  • For orders placed using Klarna, refunds or adjustments will be processed according to Klarna’s policies. Please note that outstanding installment payments may still be due until your return is processed.

  • For TikTok Shop orders, we comply with their return and refund guidelines to ensure a smooth process.
